Roof Installation Estimate
How do we estimate roofing projects?
To provide the best finished product to the customer, each project begins with a detailed and thorough inspection of the roof replacement candidate. It includes not just visually inspecting the roof, but the elevations around the home. It is typical during most inspections to take multiple photos and measurements.
Upon inspecting the customer’s roof, we can usually advise immediately of visible damages or issues observed with the home. We use estimating software to put together the estimate/proposal. You will typically get the estimate in 1-2 business days.
Roof Replacement Cost
No Money? No Problem!
We offer financing services for every budget (no credit check needed to apply). Our financing options start at $69/month for qualified applicants.
Roof Installation Timeline
How long does it take?
A roof replacement project typically takes an average of 2-4 days, weather permitting. Due to the nature of the project (exposure, noise, weather and other restrictions), we dispatch a team size depending on the size of the project and try to finish as fast as possible.
Is Roof replacement Tax Deductible?
Roof replacement, just like other home improvment projects, might be tax deductible. Click on the link to learn how to take advantage of the tax breaks when you restore your roof or even replace it. https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tips/home-ownership/home-improvements-and-your-taxes/L6IwHGrx6
